The family room here had convenient amenities such as a safe box, cable TV, and a microwave.

Cozy bed that was super comfy, a spacious bathroom with a good heating system, a private safe to keep your stuff secure, and a TV with lots of channels in the room. The staff here were really nice 

friendly check-in staff. Breakfast , food good , area clean. Room was clean .

Elevator too slow. A little hard to find since it sits on a hill.

We were not giving a bill the morning of check out. we don't know what we are being charged for We were busy packing and loading the car we didn't realize we didn't receive a bill until we were on the road. We were told to just leave the door key on the hotel service desk counter. May have just been an over sight. Other than this, no other complaints.

Friendly staff, helpful receptionists, choice of housekeeping service, to-go breakfast bags, available coffee all the time, professional and polite staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room here was simple but had everything I needed, and it even had nice views. Plus, the hot water was a big bonus 🔥. The location was awesome, not too far from the train ride spot. It's right

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this very nice hotel. My king room was brand-new with a breathtaking view. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was reasonably large. Its location was unbeatable, not far from hiking trails, the mountains, and Waffle House.
