Great location, just a 15-minute stroll to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. The breakfast is on point, especially the cookies, eggs, and hot waffles 🍪🍳🧇.

Staff was very accommodating and we were not disappointed in the breakfast.

Our room was on the end next to the vending and ice machine so it was very noisy all night.

The room had 2 king beds, which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and took care of all my needs. The breakfast was well prepared and delicious, and the other services were great too.

Clean, good breakfast and good facilities

I recently stayed at a hotel in the mountains and had a great experience. Firstly, the hotel offered great value for money with its affordable rates and included breakfast. The rooms were clean and updated, 

The place offers a great selection of tasty food, along with spacious rooms and bathrooms, all situated in a comfortable hilltop position overlooking the area.

The hotel's location was convenient for our trip to Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, just a short walk away. Situated in a lovely area near the downtown district, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The location in relation to Historic Blue Ridge. The cleanliness, and attention of the staff.

The bed and pillows could be better. They could use more vending machines with microwable items. We were snowed in with no restaurant in hotel, nor nex door. Closest things was a pizza parlor down the slippery hill.

This is a beautiful hotel! Our room was huge and a great value. Very pet friendly and very convenient to the surrounding area. Already booked a return visit which will be our third

Everything!! Hard to pick just one thing! I loved that the whole place was non-smoking on the inside! Yee-Ha!! The breakfast was a plus! The selection was unlike most places. Had a great sunrise view in the mornings, along with the mountain views in the distance. 

The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, town center, and the train depot. My room was spacious with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The beds were extremely comfortable. The view of the mountains from the hotel was lovely. 

Not clean my room on two days

We had a fantastic stay! Very clean hotel, awesome location minutes from everything we planned to do in back to park, free parking and breakfast, and the staff were nice and friendly.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Location, cleanliness, facility was very attractive, good breakfast.

Price a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for. My room key didn't seem to work well...always took several attempts to open door.
